Mission

The DBC will always work to find and/or expand relationship building opportunities and strategic alliances.  We will work within our Core Values to make sure that everyone touched by the DBC will benefit greatly.  We will provide business advocacy on behalf, and for the benefit of our members.  In addition, we will provide our members with useful and relevant information.

We will create an environment of networking that will help participants expand their professional and workforce development, as well as provide them with promotional and marketing opportunities.  We will provide events relevant to our business community.  Our events will always be of the utmost quality and practical application to the participants.

Values

1. Integrity-  I always speak the truth.  I understand how valuable and important my reputation and integrity are.  I only promise what I can deliver.

2. Professionalism-  I am Professional because I know my strengths and weaknesses. I am consistent with my work and actions so everyone is always comfortable in dealing with me.  If I am disciplined with my work and actions, then my results and success are consistent.

3. Commitment-  I am 100% committed to the Vision, Mission, Core Values, and success of the DBC, its members, and our community at all times.

4. Teamwork-  I am always a team player.  I am successful if the DBC is successful.  I do whatever it takes to maintain a positive attitude and cohesive atmosphere.

5. Entrepreneurship- I always focus my thoughts, energy, and attention on identifying opportunities, allocating resources, and creating value.  I always see problems as opportunities, then take action to identify the solutions to those problems.
